MRE - MAUI Runtime Environment is a third party of Runtime Environment, which is the first time in 2011. Many Chinese phones have used it as an app runner in advance. After using Microsoft company Nokia, they used this MAUI Runtime Environment (MRE) in their 5 phones in 2013. There are MRE applications in (.vxp) format such as whatsapp.vxp, Twitter.vxp, facebook.vxp etc.
